Stakeholder Management – Have strong communication skills, experience, knowledge, confidence and people skills to be in the middle of disagreement between stakeholders on requirements and manage it effectively.
Solid understanding of Corporate Finance and Accounting
Facilitate a critical communications role (interact with users – business domain, project team members and development personnel -technical domain)
Good experience with Agile or Waterfall and SDLC
Oracle E-Business Suite R12 including any/all modules (AP, AR, FA, GL, Purchasing, Project Accounting)
Hyperion Suite modules implementation
Good understanding of the dataflow and integrations between those systems
Knowledge of Revenue Recognition concepts for the Professional Services industry
Experience gathering requirements for interfaces and/or reporting from a data warehouse.
Work with cross-functional teams to elicit & document accurate, comprehensive business requirements and functional specifications (Develop advanced business documentation, designs and plans for implementing solutions)
Assist the business on process analysis and improvement, organizational change or strategy to meet business requirements
Significant experience in leading analysis in large international projects
