ALANS will provide support in ServiceNow implementation and Support initiatives. ALANS team will work with IT Solution manager and partners with the Business stakeholders, functional team and responsible for designing, developing, and deploying the Authority’s ServiceNow modules (CMDB, ITOM) along with Maintenance, enhancement & development services.
As part of the engagement, the team operates on a monthly and quarterly release cycle aligned with overall business timelines. These cycles focus on addressing production bug fixes and fulfilling development requests to support evolving business requirements.
A key aspect of the project is the development and enhancement of ServiceNow’s CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and ITOM (IT Operations Management) modules. Each quarterly release involves a comprehensive process including requirements gathering, solution design, development, QA testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and final deployment.
Post-deployment, the engagement includes a warranty and support phase, during which the team provides ongoing assistance. This involves working closely with end users to identify and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring timely issue resolution and closure.
The focus on ServiceNow’s critical ITOM and CMDB modules ensures robust operational management and configuration tracking, aligning IT services with business objectives.
