Senior Manager / DGM Finance
Job Description With moderate direction from strategic leader, she/he will responsible for Finance-AP (accounts payables), Audit and compliance sub-functions of finance team. Roles and Responsibilities – Responsible for the Finance-AP function of the enterprise and for correct accounting as per the accounting standards. – Responsible for payable accounting as per the accounting standards. – Responsible for preparation of Annual Operating Plan – Manage daily accounting operations – Ensure accurate book keeping – Ensure compliance of GST including reconciliation of books and various GST returns. – Manage MIS, Cash flow, Budget actions. – Effective in TEAM management – Co-Lead and Engage in statutory and compliance audits – Strong practical know-how to work on Salesforce and ERP systems (Oracle Net Suite) and lead the implementation process – Dealing with Customers, Vendors, Internal teams to address their queries if any either directly or through the team. – Lead and own expense analysis and MIS – Coordinating with multiple internal departments for faster resolution of finance operational issues Experience and Background required : – CA- Final with 8 to 12 years’ experience in Accounts Payables Management. – Should have extensive knowledge on expense booking in Indian GAAP – Experience in driving initiatives to improve the speed and efficiency of the monthly books closure – Exposure to billing and accounting systems in retail industry – Experience in GST, Direct and Indirect taxes is essential. – Month-end close experience required – Should have handled audits independently – Candidates from SERVICE industry is preferable
