About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned and driven VP – Sales to lead our growth in Brazil. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships across the ISP and telecom ecosystem. If you have a strong track record of scaling sales, closing large deals, and leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive revenue growth for the Brazil market
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
  • Establish strong relationships with ISPs, telecom operators, and key partners
  • Drive large, strategic deals and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with global teams across product, marketing, and customer success

Provide market insights and influence business strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 25+ years of experience in sales leadership (telecom, ISP, SaaS, or networking preferred)
  • Strong network within the Brazil ISP/telecom ecosystem
  • Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar sales targets
  • Experience building and scaling sales teams
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-driven platforms, SaaS, or network solutions
  • Background in global or high-growth startup environments

Fluency in Portuguese and English
